LEFFLER & HEANEY COMPLETES
$8.5 MILLION APARTMENT RENOVATION AT VILLAS OF ST. JOHNS


ORLANDO, Fla. – Feb. 27, 2008 – Orlando-based general contractor, Leffler & Heaney, completed an $8.5 million exterior renovation to a 257-unit, four-story apartment complex in Jacksonville, Fla., Villas of St. Johns.

The contract included stucco cladding replacement, new windows, reconstruction and waterproofing of lightweight concrete balconies, stair landings and catwalk decks, and new exterior sealants and coatings.
Villas of St. Johns is located on the St. Johns River across from Riverside Market Square at Riverside Avenue and Margaret Street.
