THREE APARTMENT RENOVATION CONTRACTS VALUED AT $750,000

ORLANDO, Fla. – Feb. 25, 2008 – L & H Renovations has been chosen to oversee exterior repaints and renovations at three apartment communities, Colony East, Creekwood Village North and Bayside Arbors. The three projects combined total $750,000.

Located in east Orlando, Colony East features 11 buildings and 88 units. Creekwood Village has 180 units and 45 buildings and is located in Altamonte Springs, Fla. Bayside Arbors is a 16-building, 360-unit apartment complex in Clearwater, Fla. Properties will receive an all new paint scheme along with other cosmetic improvements.
