L & H RENOVATIONS TO RENOVATE
SOUTH FLORIDA APARTMENT COMMUNITY

MARGATE, Fla. – Jan. 15, 2007 – L & H Renovations has signed a $4 million contract to renovate Pinebrook Pointe, a 394-unit gated apartment community.

Pinebrook Pointe will receive a complete exterior renovation that will enhance the community’s overall appearance. The renovation is scheduled to be completed in spring 2007.

Pinebrook Pointe is located at 3495 Pinewalk Dr. North in Margate, Fla.
