$7.6 MILLION RENOVATION CONTRACT FOR CAMDEN RENAISSANCE

ORLANDO, Fla. – March 13, 2008 – Orlando-based general contractor, Leffler & Heaney, Inc., has been awarded a $7.6 million contract to provide construction management services and perform exterior renovations to Camden Renaissance.

Renovations to the 23-building, 578-unit apartment complex includes stucco cladding replacement, new windows, reconstruction and waterproofing of lightweight concrete balconies, stair landings and catwalk decks, and new exterior sealants and coatings.

Construction began in February and is scheduled to be completed summer 2009. Camden Renaissance is located in Altamonte Springs.
