LEFFLER & HEANEY SELECTED TO REHABILITATE
NEW ORLEANS ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY
ORLANDO,
Fla. – June 8, 2007 – Leffler & Heaney,
a general contractor specializing in multifamily renovations,
was recently awarded an $18 million dollar contract to perform
interior and exterior renovations to Renaissance Place in New
Orleans, La.
Formerly known as New Orleans Towers, Renaissance Place is a
308-unit assisted living facility.
