L & H RENOVATIONS TO OVERSEE
EXTERIOR APARTMENT RENOVATIONS AT SAWGRASS

ORLANDO, Fla. – April 1, 2007 – L & H Renovations, a general contractor specializing in apartment restoration, has signed a contract to manage exterior renovations at Sawgrass, an apartment community in east Orlando.
The general contractor will supervise exterior reconstruction at the apartment community. Construction will begin in April and is scheduled to be completed by fall 2007.

Sawgrass has 208 units and 10 buildings. The property is located at 2859 S. Conway Road.
