PROJECT
DESCRIPTION
This
project consisted of restoring and upgrading the appearance
of this older property by replacing deteriorated cedar
siding and wood trim on all buildings.
SUMMARY
OF WORK PERFORMED
- Removed
and replaced deteriorated framing and sheathing
-
Removed and replaced deteriorated wood trim, soffit,
fascia and stucco.

Removed deteriorated cedar siding and replaced with
new Hardiplank siding.

Removed and replaced concrete, flashing, membrane and
deteriorated sub-floor and joists at selected entry
landings.

Prepped, primed and painted new stucco, trim, soffits,
fascia and siding.

PROJECT RESULTS
The project
was successful. Work was completed on time and within budget.
The exterior restorations resulted in increased resident satisfaction
and an increase in property performance and value.
