PROBLEM
As
a result of natural aging and property deterioration,
Sandalgrove Apartments experienced a significant decrease
in rental rates, market value and occupancy levels.
SOLUTION
Leffler
& Heaney transformed Sandalgrove from a Class D to
a Class B property. The affordable housing complex received
both interior and exterior renovations. The project was
financed utilizing government tax credits.
