STERLING CREST APARTMENTS

ORLANDO, Fla. – Oct. 20, 2006 – Leffler & Heaney has signed a $4 million contract to handle renovations of the 360-unit Sterling Crest apartment complex located in MetroWest.

The property will receive an extensive exterior renovation and an updated look. Construction is scheduled to be completed by June 2007.
