PROBLEM
Due
to original construction defects, Osprey Links experienced
extensive water intrusion. The untreated water damage
led to major structural damage to the apartment buildings.
SOLUTION
Leffler
& Heaney worked with architects and waterproofing
consultants in developing a reliable solution that tackled
the apartment’s water intrusion issues. In order
to repair current damages and protect the property from
future water intrusion, L & H performed a complete
reconstruction that included the following:

Removed and replaced all deteriorated exterior building
materials

Waterproofed and installed exterior windows
- Replaced
structural framing members
- Remodeled
interior
- Replaced
fascia and soffit
- Primed
and painted exterior using a multi-toned color scheme
- Updated
exterior through the addition of a new classic stone
façade

After
completing the reconstruction under budget and ahead of schedule,
the management and residents were extremely satisfied with our
services. Our water intrusion solutions protected the buildings
from mold and future water intrusion in addition to creating
a more aesthetically pleasing facade.
