L & H COMPLETES RENOVATIONS
TO STERLING CREST, CAMDEN HUNTER’S CREEK

ORLANDO, Fla. – June 28, 2007 – Multifamily Renovation Contractor L & H Renovations completed two multimillion dollar exterior renovations on Orlando apartment complexes, Sterling Crest and Camden Hunter’s Creek.

Both communities received extensive improvements including structural repairs, new windows, waterproofing, paint, and landscaping along with other cosmetic upgrades.

Located in MetroWest, Sterling Crest is comprised of 360 units and 18 buildings. Camden Hunter’s Creek is a 270-unit, nine building apartment community located in Southwest Orlando.
