Most recently, the general contractor signed a contract with Starwood Hotels & Resorts to provide construction management for a full interior renovation of the first and second phases of Sheraton Vistana Resort in Lake Buena Vista.

The general contractor began expanding into the hospitality industry in 2006, with a full renovation to the Hilton Garden Inn at SeaWorld International Center. The project included an exterior repaint, interior finishes, framing and a new drainage system in addition to other cosmetic exterior improvements.
