LEFFLER & HEANEY TO PERFORM RENOVATIONS TO THE VILLAS AT ST. JOHN

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ORLANDO, Fla. – Nov. 07, 2006 – Leffler & Heaney has been selected as the contractor to perform exterior renovations on the Villas at St. Johns, a 257-unit, four-story apartment complex located across from Riverside Market Square at Riverside Avenue and Margaret Street.

The $8 million renovation contract will include stucco cladding replacement, new windows, reconstruction and waterproofing of lightweight concrete balconies, stair landings and catwalk decks, new exterior sealants and coatings.

Construction is scheduled to be completed by Dec 2007.
