LEFFLER & HEANEY LANDS RENOVATION CONTRACT FOR HILTON GARDEN INN AT SEAWORLD INTERNATIONAL CENTER

ORLANDO, Fla. – June 8, 2006 – Orlando’s leading renovation contractor Leffler & Heaney, Inc. has been awarded a $950,000 contract to execute exterior renovations to the Hilton Garden Inn at SeaWorld International Center.

The project will include an exterior repaint, interior finishes, framing and a new drainage system in addition to other cosmetic exterior improvements. Construction will begin in June and is scheduled to be completed by fall.
